  • Served as an economic expert witness in the first major transfer pricing litigation in Australia—providing direct and cross examination testimony in support of a written expert report.
  • Hired by the Office of Chief Counsel, IRS to perform expert services on a multi-billion dollar case, which was docketed in Tax Court.
  • Served as Taxpayer and IRS Economic expert in “Fast Track”, Appeals, and Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) meetings regarding transfer pricing and valuation issues.
  • Presented findings of transfer pricing reports in APA meetings with Japanese NTA and Korean NTS.
